Expanded PTFE Products

Expanded PTFE is a sealing agent that is made of 100-percent pure PTFE. The expansion process produces a microporous fibrous structure which gives the product its unique mechanical properties. The material is specially targeted for sealing flange joints in pipelines and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. In addition, expanded PTFE is a perfect sealant for sealing glass and plastic flanges and pressure vessels.

Style # 2001 : ePTFE Gasket Sheet

ePTFE Gasket Sheet is a form of PTFE which is expanded and stretched in many different directions during the manufacturing process. This ‘multi-directional’, higher strength material demonstrates a reduced tendency to creep under load at elevated temperatures when compared with other PTFE gasket materials.

Style # 2002 : ePTFE Cut Gasket

ePTFE Cut Gasket have Excellent resistance as solid PTFE, it’s UV resistance, non aging and non toxic. it can work at temperature up to 260 ºC. ePTFE gaskets is soft flexible gasket and sealing material easily conforms to sealing surface imperfections with less torque than conventional materials. ePTFE resists cold flow and creep while offering the widest range of sealibility, chemical resistance, and temperature service of any material offered.

ePTFE Sealing Tape have Excellent resistance as solid PTFE, it’s UV resistance, non aging and non toxic. it can work at temperature up to 260ºC. ePTFE Sealing tape is idea sealing for pipe fitting and flanges. It comes with qn adhesive strip on back side.

This chemically inert & wear resistance packing is preferred choice of the chemical industries and industries in general for pumps, agitators, mixers, filters and valves.

This packing ensure minimum shaft and stem wear and performs well against high temperature steam, hot water, alkalis, chemicals,solvents.
